This scheme involved the re-development of Overstone Farm to secure the long-term future of existing buildings and introduce new housing opportunities, with retirement living, a care home, high-quality apartments, single-storey cottages and bespoke new buildings.
Our projects have also included the re-development of a former quarry for a residential housing development; the re-purposing of a Grade One Listed former woollen mill to apartments and community use; and the redevelopment of a former brickworks for new housing.
