Barratt Strategic, Harcourt Development, Martin Grant Homes and Kier Homes are developers of national reputation who can demonstrate a track record of delivering large and complex projects. The Homes and Communities Agency is the nation’s regeneration agency working throughout England to create quality places for people to live and work in. The Homes and Communities Agency is committed to promoting best practice in design quality and sustainability in the regeneration and development industry. The Consortium is being supported by a multi-disciplinary team of designers, planners and engineers.
