Rachel Carson - Director
Rachel has worked on projects ranging from urban regeneration, strategic land allocations and site specific town centre redevelopment. Rachel is currently implementing a community consultation programme within the Milton Keynes and South Midlands Growth Area for a consortium including Barratt Strategic and English Partnerships.
Prior to working in communications within the development industry, Rachel was the political advisor to the Conservative Group at Essex County Council. Her close involvement with the county departments and local district councils gave a valuable insight into the workings of local authorities. In addition Rachel also has Westminster experience having worked as parliamentary researcher for a Conservative Member of Parliament.
Jennifer Orchard - Director
Jennifer is currently running a number of consultation programmes for clients including Pinewood Studios, Dandara, Martin Grant Homes and Harcourt Developments. She has worked in this sector for a number of years and has built up a high specialist knowledge. Jennifer advises the company on engagement methods with local groups and has particular expertise formulating and driving forward steering groups.
Jennifer has previously worked as a parliamentary research assistant for a Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament whose brief at the time included local government.
