Engage Planning has been involved in the promotion of Radstone Fields, Brackley on behalf of Taylor Wimpey and Barratt Developments for over four years. Outline planning permission was granted in June 2011 for 1,000 new homes, plus community infrastructure. Engage Planning organised a series of public exhibitions and a stakeholder workshop.
The final exhibition before outline planning permission was granted was praised by Andrea Leadsom MP, who cited it as an example of what the Conservative Government was aiming for in the Localism Bill. Further details are available on the project website.
