Thank you for visiting our website. Gladedale and the Mother Agnes Trust held a public exhibition on 12th of April 2008 and 9th of July 2008 in order to hear the views of local residents regarding proposals for residential development at Holmhurst St Mary.
Following the exhibitions and after reviewing the comments received, Gladedale Special Projects Division has submitted a planning application to Hastings Borough Council. The Application can be viewed here.
The land at Holmhurst St Mary has been allocated in the
Hastings Local Plan to be developed for housing during the period from

The owners of the site, the Mother Agnes Trust, are working in
partnership with the Gladedale Special Projects Division on the future
