Stanley Mill, Stroud
Proposals for the redevelopment of Stanley Mill in Stroud gained unanimous support from Stroud District Council's planning committee in December 2010.
This was an important project in terms of safeguarding local jobs, supporting local business and ensuring the long-term future of Grade I & Grade II listed buildings. The proposals included the conversion of listed buildings to residential use, community/commercial space and the erection of new build dwellings.

Snape, Suffolk Coastal
Engage Planning worked closely with Hopkins and Moore to demonstrate local support for a development at Snape of 26 homes, of which eight were to be ‘affordable dwellings’. Suffolk Coastal District Council had indicated that it would progress the application only if we could demonstrate local support.

Engage Planning was formed in April 2007. We work with both the development team and the local planning authority to communicate planning issues to the wider community and to secure successful planning permissions.
We pride ourselves on delivering high quality community consultation programmes for our clients and on building up strong relationships with the local communities in which we work.
